Request For Proposal (RFP)

Requests for proposals can be viewed under the Doing Business With HAFC section on the Housing Authority of Fulton County website at www.hafc.org. During the proposal evaluation, HAFC reserves the right to call for supplementary information from Offerors and meet with all or any of them to clarify uncertainty or ambiguity. The Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any proposals, to waive technicalities, and to award the contract in the best interest of the Authority.

The Housing Authority of Fulton County, Georgia (HAFC) is soliciting quotes from
qualified contractors to provide interior renovation services for its main administrative
office located at 4273 Wendell Drive SW, Atlanta, GA 30336. This procurement is being
conducted in accordance with HUD Handbook 7460.8 REV 2 (Procurement Handbook
for Public Housing Agencies), and all applicable federal, state, and local laws and
regulations.

Request for Quote (RFQ2510-01) Janitorial Services

The Housing Authority of Fulton County, Georgia (HAFC) is soliciting quotations from qualified firms to provide janitorial services for our headquarters facility located at 4273 Wendell Drive SW, Atlanta, Georgia 30336. The successful contractor will be responsible for furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to maintain a clean and sanitary environment in accordance with the specifications provided.
 
Attached for your review and response is the Request for Quotations (RFQ) package, which includes the Scope of Work, Submission Requirements, Evaluation Criteria, and required HUD and HAFC forms.

RFQ Release Date: Friday, October 10, 2025
Quotation Due Date: Thursday, October 23, 2025, 5:00 PM ET
Anticipated Contract Start Date: Monday, November 3, 2025
 
All quotations must be submitted in accordance with the instructions contained in the RFQ. Late submissions will not be considered.
