Pathway to Homeownership

The purpose of the Pathway to Homeownership Program (PHOP) is to provide families with the information and resources necessary to achieve the goal of homeownership.

Our Customers:
Our customers are primarily those individuals/families receiving housing program/service assistance through the Housing Authority of Fulton County or its affiliates.  However, our services are available to the public, particularly those living in or desiring to move into designated areas to take advantage of various supportive services, educational, employment or housing opportunities.

The course length will vary, depending on how close customers are to being “ready” to purchase a home.  Sessions are lead by industry professionals.  Classes will utilize an interactive classroom model with supporting course materials.  Customers will also be provided information about possible financing programs, including downpayment assistance.
